  • You will be asked to complete a Word document, identifying all the possible training that your company has done over the last year. This is then sent back to us and we will go through it and calculate, using our extensive knowledge of the Grant Scheme, the amount that you should have been getting back. We will then report to you on the findings

  • As a result of the report, it will be obvious whether there is an advantage in us helping you maximise your Grant claims. If there is, we offer 3 levels of assistance to help you to start claiming Grant or increasing the Grant that you receive.

 

 

Level 1                      

We will set you up with a CITB Training Plan and get you started, so we will:-

  • Go through your training requirements to get a clear idea of what you will be able to claim on your Training Plan
  • Advise you on any claims that are outside of the Plan and how to claim them
  • Check that you have a robust recording process to ensure that you can accurately record the training for claim purposes
  • Provide you with documentation to ensure that you claim everything that you can.
  • Offer a 3 month ‘Help Desk’ for any queries

 

The cost of this will depend upon the size of your company and the potential amount of Grant that you might be able to claim but, where possible, we will aim to charge less than the amount of increase in Grant that you can expect. 

Level 3                    

The ultimate situation is that we become your ‘virtual training office’ and handle everything for you, so we will:-

  • Do all of the above
  • Receive training requests from you and source the best value providers
  • Organise the courses
  • Deal with all of the administration including sending Joining Instructions to delegates
  • Deal with all of the documentation required by training providers
  • Give you the discounts that we receive e.g. 25% on British Red Cross courses
  • Evaluate courses
  • Ensure that all expiries are renewed in time
  • Provide regular reports to you

The cost of this is based on a contract for14 months (12 months of the Plan and a month for set-up and a month for finalising and audit) and will be based on the hours required. Where possible, we will aim to charge far, far less than what you would expect to pay an employee to handle all of this.

Level 2                  

If you want more help than just setting up the Training Plan, we can do the above but we will also administer the Plan itself, so we will:-

 

  • Go through your training requirements to get a clear idea of what you will be able to claim on your Training Plan
  • Provide you with documentation to ensure that you claim everything that you can
  • Set up our system for your requirements
  • For claim purpose, record all of the training that you let us know about
  • Ensure that it is included in the Plan or claimed separately where required
  • Make the required 4 and 8 monthly interim returns
  • Finalise the Plan at the end of the year
  • Deal with the Audit by CITB.
